Position: Team Leader (International Mortgage Process)
• Location: Bellandur
• Qualification: Degree required
• Experience: 2-3 years as a Team Leader (on paper)
• Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
• Transportation: 2-way cab service provided
• Shift: 5-day work week with 2 days off
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team handling international mortgage processes
• Ensure achievement of KPIs and efficient team performance
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Coordinate across departments to maintain smooth workflows
