Senior Operations Analyst – Project Support for International Insurance

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project team. This role, open to graduates or undergraduates with excellent English communication skills (excluding BE/BTech or postgraduates), involves analyzing and refining processes to support project success. Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and optimize operational workflows for efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and present reports that highlight key operational metrics.
• Assist in managing projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Address and resolve operational challenges to support project goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with data analysis tools is beneficial.
• Prior exposure to the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
