Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project! This role is perfect for graduates/undergraduates with strong English communication skills (???? BE/BTech or PG) who are ready to analyze processes and support project success in a dynamic global environment. ????

Primary Responsibilities:

• ???? Review and optimize operational workflows for efficiency.
• ???? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance service delivery.
• ???? Prepare and present reports on performance metrics to drive informed decisions.
• ???? Assist in project management to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

• ???? Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate (non-engineering, non-PG).
• ???? Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Excel.
• ???? Experience in the insurance sector is a plus but not required.
