Senior Operations Analyst – Insurance Project

Role Summary:
We are on the lookout for an Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project team. This position is tailored for non-engineering graduates/undergraduates with excellent communication skills and up to four years of experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Evaluate and refine operational processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements.
• Generate and present performance reports.
• Support the execution of critical project tasks.
• Resolve operational challenges to enhance service outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree (non-PG, non-engineering).
• Expertise in Excel and data visualization.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior exposure to insurance is desirable but optional.
