Job Overview:
We are hiring an Operations Analyst for our global insurance project. This role is open to non-engineering graduates and undergraduates looking to grow in an international corporate environment.

• Optimize processes and identify operational improvements.

• Report and analyze operational performance metrics.

• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and develop fixes.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate candidates (non-PG).
• Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Prior insurance experience is a bonus.

Compensation and Work Setup:

• Salary up to ₹30,000.
• Fixed weekends off.
• Free two-way transportation.

Shift Details:

• Rotational shifts, including nights and afternoons.
