• Resolve operational challenges and optimize service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduates (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data tools.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
