Senior Operations Analyst – Insurance Division

Position Overview:
Join our international insurance team as a Senior Operations Analyst. We’re seeking graduates and undergraduates with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset (non-engineering, non-PG candidates).

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate operational processes and identify areas for efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements.
• Develop and present insights based on operational data.
• Contribute to project planning and timely execution.
• Resolve workflow issues and enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/undergraduates (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in insurance is a plus.

Compensation and Work Environment:

• Salary up to ₹30,000 per month.
• Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Complimentary transportation provided.

• Flexible shift options, including morning, afternoon, and night timings.
