Senior Analyst – Operational Excellence for Insurance

About the Position:
We are hiring a Senior Operations Analyst for our international insurance division. Graduates and undergraduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply (non-engineering and non-PG candidates only).

Responsibilities Include:

• Assess and streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements.
• Create and present performance reports based on data analysis.
• Assist in project management to meet objectives on time.
• Address and resolve operational challenges.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior insurance sector experience is beneficial but not required.

Salary and Benefits:

• Compensation up to ₹30,000 per month.
• Fixed Saturday and Sunday off.
• Complimentary transportation provided.

Work Timings:

• Multiple shifts available, including morning, evening, and night schedules.
