Senior Analyst – International Insurance Operations

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Senior Operations Analyst to join our international insurance project. This opportunity is open to graduates and undergraduates with excellent communication skills (non-engineering, non-PG candidates).

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize operational workflows for greater efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational metrics and performance.
• Assist in managing projects to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Address operational challenges and ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
