Role: Senior Operations Analyst – Insurance Projects

Do you have a passion for optimizing processes and a keen eye for detail? We’re hiring graduates and undergraduates (excluding BE/B.Tech and PG) to join our international insurance project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze workflows and identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to drive operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational performance reports.
• Support project management tasks for timely delivery.
• Resolve operational issues to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate in non-engineering fields.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory.
