Position: Senior Operations Analyst – Insurance Operations

Are you ready to build a career in a global insurance project? We are seeking motivated graduates or undergraduates (non-engineering and non-PG) with exceptional English communication skills to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance operational workflows for better efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to implement optimized processes and best practices.
• Create detailed performance reports to track operational success.
• Support project execution to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (non-engineering, non-PG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools.
• Experience in insurance is a bonus but not required.

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 TH (based on prior salary).
• Benefits: Fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) and company-provided transportation.
