Position: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Operations

Join our global team and drive operational excellence in the international insurance sector. We’re seeking undergraduates or graduates (non-engineering, non-PG) with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and streamline operational processes for efficiency.
• Partner with teams to implement enhancements and best practices.
• Track and report operational metrics to leadership.
• Assist with project management to ensure smooth delivery.
• Address operational challenges with innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree (non-engineering or PG).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to ₹30,000 TH salary based on prior earnings.
