Role: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project

• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless implementation of solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Ensure timely completion of projects by supporting managers.
• Provide resolution for operational challenges to enhance outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate (non-engineering or PG).
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Prior insurance experience adds value but isn’t essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000 TH (based on prior experience).
