Position Title: Senior Operations Analyst – International Insurance Project
Are you passionate about operational excellence and seeking an opportunity to grow? We are looking for graduates or undergraduates (excluding BE/B.Tech and postgraduates) with excellent English communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and optimize operational workflows.
• Partner with diverse teams to implement process improvements.
• Develop reports showcasing key performance indicators.
• Assist with project management tasks to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Diagnose operational challenges and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

• Graduates/undergraduates in non-engineering fields (no PG).
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in insurance (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 TH (based on previous salary).
Working Hours: Choose from multiple shifts with fixed weekends off.
