Job Description

Voice Process Representative – US Insurance

Location: EPIP Area, Graphite India Main Road, Brookefield
Shift: Fixed US Shifts
Shift Timings:

• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
Compensation:

• ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 for 0-17 months of experience
• Up to ₹30,000 for 18+ months of experience
Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transportation:

• Near metro candidates receive one-way metro reimbursement and one-way cab service.
• Two-way cab service for other candidates.

Eligibility:

1. Graduate degree holders only (BE, BTech, Master’s excluded)
2. Strong English communication skills
3. Relevant work experience
