Job Description

Tech Mahindra is Hiring – Customer Support Executive (E-Commerce International Voice Process)

Eligibility:

• Open to undergraduates and graduates
• Freshers and experienced professionals with strong communication skills are welcome

Shift & Location:

• 24×7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off
• Location: Electronic City
• Two-way cab provided within 30 km range (deduction of ₹1,000 applies for both males and females)

Compensation:

• Freshers: CTC ₹3 LPA (₹18,000-19,000 during training, ₹21,000 post-training)
• 1-2 years of experience: CTC ₹4 LPA (₹26,000 during training, ₹29,000 post-training)
• 2+ years of experience: CTC ₹4.5 LPA (₹29,000 during training, ₹33,000 post-training)
