Job Description

Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process) – Immediate Hiring

• Shift: UK Shift
• Workweek: 5 days, 2 rotational offs
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• Experienced (min 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take-home

Cab Facility:

• Boys: ₹2,750 deduction for both ways
• Girls: ₹1,375 deduction for one way

Eligibility:

• Freshers and candidates with International Chat Process experience (6+ months)

Interview Process:

1. HR Interview
2. Assessment
3. Operations Interview

Interview Locations:

• Hennur & Koramangala (Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 12 PM)
