Hiring for Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process)

• Shift: UK Shift
• Working Days: 5 days with 2 rotational offs
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• Experienced (6+ months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take-home

Cab Facility:

• Male employees: Both ways, ₹2,750 deduction
• Female employees: One way, ₹1,375 deduction

Eligibility:

• Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of experience in International Chat Process

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Locations:

• Hennur & Koramangala (Mon-Fri, 10 AM to 12 PM)
