Job Description

We’re Hiring: Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process)
• Shift: UK Shift
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Salary Details:
• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• Experienced: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (6+ months of International Chat Process experience required)
Cab Service:
• Males: Two-way, ₹2750 deduction
• Females: One-way, ₹1375 deduction
Who Can Apply:
• Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of experience in International Chat Process
Interview Stages:
1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round
Interview Venue:
• Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
