Hiring for Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process)
• Shift: UK Shift
• Working Days: 5 days per week, 2 rotational offs
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Salary:
• Freshers: ₹21,000 take-home
• Experienced: Up to ₹23,000 take-home (with at least 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process)
Cab Facility:
• Male employees: Two-way cab, ₹2750 deduction
• Female employees: One-way cab, ₹1375 deduction
Eligibility:
• Freshers and those with a minimum of 6 months experience in International Chat Process
Interview Rounds:
1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round
Interview Location:
• Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
