• Position: Customer Support Executive (E-Commerce International Voice)
• Requirements:
• Undergraduates or Graduates
• Open to Freshers and those with experience (must have strong communication skills)
• Work Hours: 24×7 rotational shifts with 2 days off
• Work Location: Electronic City
• Cab Availability: Two-way cab within 30 km radius (₹1,000 deduction)
• Compensation:
• Freshers: CTC ₹3 LPA
• During Training: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000
• Post Training: ₹21,000 in hand
• 1-2 Years Experience: CTC ₹4 LPA
• During Training: ₹26,000 in hand
• Post Training: ₹29,000 in hand
• 2+ Years Experience: CTC ₹4.5 LPA
• During Training: ₹29,000 in hand
• Post Training: ₹33,000 in hand
• Interview Rounds: HR, Operations, and Versant (60 score required)
