Broadband Support Associate – Chat Process (UK Shift)

Shift Timings: UK Shift
Work Schedule: 5 days working, with 2 days off on rotation
Office Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Compensation Details:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 take home
• Experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 take home

Cab Facility:

• Male employees: Two-way cab service with ₹2,750 deduction
• Female employees: One-way cab service with ₹1,375 deduction

Eligibility Requirements:

• Open to freshers and candidates with at least 6 months’ experience in International Chat Process

Interview Process:

1. HR Interview
2. Written Assessment
3. Operations Round

Interview Location:

• Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 12 PM
