Job Description

Job Title: Chat Support Associate – Broadband Services (UK Shift)
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Shift Timing: UK Shift
Work Schedule: 5 days with 2 rotational off days

Salary Details:

• Freshers: ₹21,000 (Take Home)
• Experienced (minimum 6 months in International Chat Process): Up to ₹23,000 (Take Home)

Cab Options:

• Male Employees: ₹2,750 deduction for two-way cab
• Female Employees: ₹1,375 deduction for one-way cab

Eligibility:

• Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of International Chat Process experience

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Screening
2. Assessment Test
3. Operations Interview

Interview Venue:

• Hennur & Koramangala, Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 12 PM
