Hiring for Customer Support – Broadband Chat Process

• Shift: UK Shift
• Working Days: 5 days, 2 rotational off
• Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
• Salary:
• Freshers: ₹21,000 (take home)
• Experienced (6+ months in chat support): Up to ₹23,000 (take home)
• Cab Facility:
• Boys: Both ways, ₹2750 deduction
• Girls: One way, ₹1375 deduction
• Eligibility: Freshers and candidates with minimum 6 months of international chat process experience
• Rounds of Interview: HR, Assessment, Operations
• Interview Venue: Hennur & Koramangala (Mon – Fri, 10 AM – 12 PM)
