Job Description
🚀 Join Our Team as a Broadband Customer Support Agent (Chat Process)
Shift: UK Shift
Working Schedule: 5 days on, 2 rotational offs
Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
Compensation:
• Freshers: ₹21,000 take home
• Experienced (6+ months in International Chat): Up to ₹23,000 take home
Cab Service:
• Boys: Two-way with ₹2,750 deduction
• Girls: One-way with ₹1,375 deduction
Requirements:
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates with international chat experience (minimum 6 months)
Interview Stages:
1. HR Round
2. Assessment
3. Operations Round
Interview Venue:
• Hennur & Koramangala from Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 12 PM
