Role: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 30K Take-home
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in technical support
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working days: 5 days, with Saturday and Sunday fixed off
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Key Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are crucial. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently. Your ability to think critically, identify root causes, and provide prompt solutions will be essential in delivering top-notch support to customers.
