Job Description

Role: Technical Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 26K take-home
Experience: Minimum 2+ years
Qualification: PUC and above
Skills Required: Proficiency in English and at least one additional language such as Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil to support a diverse customer base.
Shift: Rotational shifts
Work Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Work Location: ITPL Whitefield
