Operation Analyst
Location: Brookfield
Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Working Days: 5 days (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Salary:

Freshers: Up to ₹19K Take-Home

Experienced (1.6+ years): Up to ₹32K Take-Home

Key Responsibilities:

Solve operational challenges by analyzing processes and implementing corrective actions.

Identify bottlenecks in workflow and propose practical, effective solutions.

Collaborate with teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues in real-time.

Use data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and suggest improvements for smoother operations.

Contribute to process optimization, ensuring improved productivity and performance.

Skills Required:
