Job Description

Role: Operation Analyst

Salary: Up to 19K – 32K Take-home

Qualification: Graduates

Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Work Days: 5 days working, with Saturday and Sunday fixed off

Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues using analytical thinking and problem-solving techniques.

Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions and improve workflows.
