Job Description

Role: HR Recruiter
Salary: Up to 15k Take Home (based on interview performance)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Incentives: Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment processes with a focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates who speak multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada, etc.).

Conduct interviews with multilingual candidates and assess their proficiency in various languages to ensure proper fit for roles.

Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions that highlight language skills required for specific positions.

Manage multilingual candidate databases and maintain detailed records.

Ensure a positive experience for multilingual candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering personalized communication when necessary.

Requirements:

Proficiency in at least two languages (English + [Other Language(s)]) is mandatory.

Experience in HR recruitment, particularly with multilingual candidates.

Strong communication skills in multiple languages, both verbal and written.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
