Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: Up to 15K Take-home (based on interview performance)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday off)
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Incentives: Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Responsibilities:

Tackle challenges in the recruitment process by identifying issues and coming up with effective solutions.

Address hiring bottlenecks and find ways to streamline recruitment procedures.

Collaborate with hiring managers to resolve any difficulties in meeting staffing needs.

Use problem-solving strategies to match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring a high quality of hire.

Handle candidate rejections, feedback, and delays with professionalism, finding ways to improve overall candidate experience.

Proactively address any issues that may arise during the interview and selection process, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify issues quickly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm approach.

Creative thinking in sourcing candidates and solving recruitment challenges.
