Job Description

Position: HR Recruiter
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 take-home (based on interview performance)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Off: Fixed Sunday Off
Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Incentives: Weekly and Monthly incentives

Key Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in the hiring process

Ability to handle difficult recruitment situations, such as urgent vacancies or challenging candidate profiles

Resourceful in finding creative ways to source top talent

Ability to think critically and provide efficient solutions to recruitment-related obstacles

Responsibilities:

Address and solve recruitment issues that arise during the hiring process

Develop strategies to overcome challenges like high turnover rates or sourcing gaps

Ensure a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding

Work with hiring managers to tackle tough-to-fill roles with innovative solutions
