Job Description

Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM (Fixed Day Shift, Sunday Fixed Off)
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Salary:

Freshers: ₹25,000 Take-Home

Experienced: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills to guide students through academic choices.

Ability to build rapport with diverse student backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable academic programs.

Effectively communicate course details in multiple languages to cater to a diverse audience.

Maintain student records and follow up on inquiries to ensure conversions.
