Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Offer technical assistance to customers via phone and email remotely.

Maintain clear documentation of all support cases.

Ensure customer satisfaction through quick and efficient solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams for escalated support issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of technical support experience.

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work remotely in a rotational shift schedule.

PUC or higher qualification.
