Job Details:
Salary: Up to ₹24,000 take-home
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Customer Support (Semi-Voice)
Qualification: PUC and above
Shift: Rotational shifts with flexible work hours
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 rotational offs
Work Location: ITPL, Whitefield

Provide outstanding customer support through calls, emails, and chat.
Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively while ensuring satisfaction.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Uphold the quality standards and processes of the organization.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and shifts.
Previous experience with CRM software is a plus.
