Job Description

AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Koramangala
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 take-home
Transport: Two-way cabs available (Paid)

Job Responsibilities:

Investigate claim denials, rejections, and underpayments to identify root causes.

Analyze patterns in claim discrepancies and suggest process improvements.

Proactively follow up with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate claim submissions.

Maintain detailed and organized documentation for compliance and audits.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of AR calling experience in US healthcare.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle claim complexities.

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).

Education: PUC or above.

Comfortable working in a US rotational shift.
