**Job Description:**

Join Tech Mahindra’s International Voice Process team and become an essential part of our customer service division. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our international clients. This role is perfect for freshers with strong communication skills who are eager to start their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients
– Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries
– Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication
– Document and update customer records based on interactions
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues

**Requirements:**
– Freshers with a minimum qualification of PUC
– Excellent command of the English language
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a rotational shift environment
– Willingness
