Job Description 5: Senior Operations Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Operations Analyst to be part of our team at Brookfield. This role requires a graduate degree and at least 1.6 years of relevant experience in operations analysis.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead operational analysis to improve processes and workflows.
Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Work closely with other departments to ensure operational goals are met.
Desired Qualifications:

Graduate degree.
At least 1.6 years of experience in operations analysis.
Job Details:

Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM, 5 days a week.
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
Salary: Up to 32K take-home + attractive incentives.
Location: Brookfield.
