Responsibilities:

Lead operational analysis and optimize workflows.
Analyze data and propose actionable recommendations for improvements.
Support decision-making with insights derived from operational data.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:

Graduate degree.
At least 1.6 years of relevant experience in operations.
Position Details:

Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM (Monday to Friday).
Weekends off: Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
Salary: Up to 32K take-home + attractive incentives.
Location: Brookfield.
