We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team at Brookfield. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced candidates and fresh graduates to grow and contribute to our operations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct operational analysis and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflow and achieve KPIs.
Track and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support the operational team in various activities to ensure smooth functioning.
Required Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
At least 1.6+ years of relevant experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:

Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM, 5 days a week.
Off Days: Fixed Saturdays and Sundays off.
Salary: Up to 19K to 32K take-home + attractive incentives.
Location: Brookfield.
