Job Description

Role: HR Coordinator
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 take-home during probation
Shift: Day Shift (Work-from-home option available)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore / Option for Remote Work
Incentives: Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Key Requirements:

Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Strong digital communication skills and knowledge of HR software
Self-motivated and disciplined in managing tasks independently
Comfortable working with teams virtually and conducting remote HR activities
