Job Description

Role: HR Coordinator
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 take-home during probation
Shift: Day Shift
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Incentives: Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred)
Ability to communicate with employees from diverse linguistic backgrounds
Strong written and spoken communication skills in at least two languages
Capable of managing language barriers to enhance HR coordination across teams
