Job Description 1: Academic Counselor
Role & Responsibilities:

Guide students in selecting suitable academic programs.
Provide counseling and career guidance to prospective students.
Assist students in the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain records of student inquiries and follow up as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve counseling strategies.
Salary & Benefits:

Fresher: ₹25,000 take-home salary.
Experienced candidates: Up to ₹5.5 LPA.
Qualification & Experience:

Graduation is mandatory.
Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Work Schedule:

Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM.
Fixed day shift with Sunday off.
Work Location:

Ramnagara (Shantinagar).
