Job Description 4: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

We are seeking an experienced AR Caller (Accounts Receivable) to join our team at Koramangala. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and at least 6 months of experience in accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform calls to clients to follow up on unpaid invoices and overdue payments.
Ensure timely collections and resolve any payment issues.
Update and maintain records of payment status and customer communication.
Provide exceptional customer service while addressing accounts receivable concerns.
Work closely with other teams to ensure payment resolution.
Requirements:

PUC or above.
Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts receivable or AR calling.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Job Details:

Salary: Up to 38K take-home.
Shift: US rotational shifts.
Work Week: 5 working days, 2 days off.
Location: Koramangala.
