Job Description 2: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

Join our team in Koramangala as an AR Caller (Accounts Receivable). This position is ideal for individuals with at least 6 months of experience in accounts receivable and who possess excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

Conduct calls to clients regarding overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of payment issues.
Provide excellent customer service while handling accounts receivable queries.
Track and manage payment status and escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve client concerns efficiently.
Requirements:

PUC or above.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an AR Caller or accounts receivable role.
Strong English communication skills.
Job Details:

Salary: Up to 38K take-home.
Shift: US rotational shifts.
Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 fixed offs.
Location: Koramangala.
