Job Description 5: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)

We are seeking an AR Caller (Accounts Receivable) with 1 year of experience to join our team in Bellandur. If you have strong English communication skills and a passion for accounts receivable, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct calls to clients to follow up on overdue invoices and pending payments.
Resolve payment issues and ensure timely collection of payments.
Maintain accurate records of accounts and payment status.
Address client queries and ensure a high level of customer service.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed collection targets.
Qualifications:

PUC or above.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or AR calling.
Excellent command of English.
Job Details:

Salary: Up to 42K take-home.
Shift: Fixed night shift.
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 fixed offs.
Location: Bellandur.
