Job Description 5: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Job Responsibilities:

Call insurance providers to resolve outstanding payments.
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and ensure timely collection.
Update billing systems with accurate payment statuses.
Identify trends in payment delays and suggest process improvements.
Maintain adherence to HIPAA and compliance policies.
Salary & Additional Benefits:

Take-home salary up to ₹38,000.
Two-way paid cab facility.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum qualification: PUC or above.
At least 6 months of experience in accounts receivable or medical billing.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Shift & Work Days:

US rotational shifts.
Five working days with two fixed offs.
Work Location:

Koramangala.
