Job Description 3: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Responsibilities:

Contact insurance providers for claim status and payments.
Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
Meet performance targets for call handling and collections.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve revenue cycle performance.
Salary & Perks:

Take-home salary up to ₹38,000.
Two-way cab service (paid).
Required Qualifications & Experience:

PUC or higher education required.
Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts receivable.
Excellent English communication skills.
Shift & Work Schedule:

US rotational shifts.
Five working days with two fixed off days.
Work Location:

Koramangala.
