Job Description 2: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Job Role:

Manage and follow up on outstanding payments.
Contact insurance companies to resolve denied or pending claims.
Document call outcomes and maintain records in the system.
Identify and escalate complex billing issues as required.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
Compensation & Benefits:

Take-home salary up to ₹38,000.
Paid two-way cab facility.
Qualification & Experience:

Minimum educational qualification: PUC or above.
At least 6 months of experience in AR calling or a related role.
Strong English communication skills.
Work Hours & Days:

US rotational shifts.
Five working days with two days off.
