Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and analytically skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join our team in Brookfield. The successful candidate will provide strategic analytical support to drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹32,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduates
– Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years
– Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
– Working Days: 5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
– Work Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct comprehensive analyses of operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process enhancements
– Develop and implement strategic recommendations to drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
– Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
– Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Required Skills:

– Advanced Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
– Operational Expertise: Experience in analyzing and improving operational processes, with strong understanding of business operations and process optimization
